飞机结构试验载荷演算方法研究

摘    要:针对飞机结构静力试验设计问题,将计算机辅助设计技术引入这一领域,结合飞机的曲面外形,探讨了飞机结构静力试验设计中的分布式载荷和集中式载荷的演算问题。在UNIX工作站上Motif图形用户界面环境下完成了交互式的载荷演算软件,使载荷演算能够以较高的精度和自动化程度进行,并且可以使载荷演算的结果直观地以图形方式进行显示。

A Method for Load Calculation in Aircraft Structure Test

Abstract:The precision and efficiency of load calculation is very important to aircraft structure static load test. But the existing method for load calculation in China cannot satisfy the requirements for high precision and high efficiency due to the complexity of aircraft shape. We present a method which is based on CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology to meet these requirements. First we build the surface model of an aircraft which is suitable to load calculation using CAD method (Section 1). Based on the surface model, we calculate the surface load and the point load in aircraft structure test (Section 2). Finally we developed a software for load calculation based on Motif GUI (Graphics User Interface) in a UNIX workstation. Our software has met with preliminary success when applied to aircraft structure test.
