| 摘 要： | 本文确定了大型中厚板轧机离心复合球墨铸铁轧辊的化学成分,分析了各工艺因素对轧辊结合层质量的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施;同时,对大断面球墨铸铁的质量控制进行了探讨,取得了很好的技术效果。

| Abstract: | This paper has determined the chemical compositions of centrifugal casting ductile iron rolls for heavy middlethick plate rolling mill. The influnce of technology factors on the quality of rolls is analysed and the corresponding improvment measures are presented. In the meantime, the quality control of heavy - section ductile iron is investigated and it has achieved a remarkable technological effects. |
