| 摘 要： | 企业诚信管理体系是社会诚信体系建设的组成部分.企业通过建立和实施企业诚信管理体系并进行内部审核,可以促进诚信制度和诚信文化建设.本文从构建企业诚信管理体系的原则和重要意义出发,依据PDCA循环过程方法,提出了企业诚信管理体系实施运行模式,并从策划、支持过程、管理实现、检查与分析以及持续改进等几个方面,对构建企业诚信管理体系涉及的关键问题进行了研究和探讨.

| Abstract: | The enterprise integrity management system is a part of social integrity system. The establishment, operation and internal audit of enterprise integrity management system can optimize and improve the development of integrity institutions and culture. From the analysis on the important role and significance of establishing enterprise integrity management system, this paper describes the implementation and operation model of enterprise integrity management system based on Plan-Do-Check-Action cycle. Further, this paper discusses some key issues relating to the establishment of enterprise integrity management system, including plan, supporting process, management implementation, inspection and analysis, continuous improvement and so on. |
