| Abstract: | CFR 229, Railway locomotive safety standards, is a technical regulation which puts forward comprehensive safety requirements to the railway locomotives, and makes a detailed, rigid requirements for the operator's management and punishment. This paper analyzes the standards comprehensively and systematically in terms of structure, background, features, content and so on, and puts forward the research conclusion. |
