交通运输安全应急标准体系构建研究

在系统梳理综合交通运输和公路水运领域现行安全应急标准的基础上,围绕行业安全应急工作特点,结合安全系统工程原理,研究构建安全应急标准体系,明确体系构成和主要内容,对于指导当前和今后一段时间安全应急标准制修订等工作具有重要意义.

Construction of Transportation Safety Emergency Standards System

On the basis of systematically collating existing safety emergency standards in transportation, highway and waterway field, this paper proposes to build safety emergency standard system with specific constitution and main contents combined with characteristics of industry safety emergency work and the theories of safety system engineering, which is of great significance in guiding to develop and revise safety emergency standards at present and in a coming period.
