摘    要:本文针对JT/T1094-2016《营运客车安全技术条件》中燃油箱侧防护要求进行了说明,利用有限元分析软件对某轻型客车的燃油箱侧防护进行了建模,对其静强度进行了数值模拟分析;并根据实车试验验证,计算和试验结果均表明该车燃油箱侧防护装置满足行标的要求.

Abstract:Referring to the requirement of the protection of fuel tank side in JT/T1094-2016, Safety specification for commercial bus, the paper takes use of FE analysis software to build the model of a light bus and conducts numerical simulation analysis of its static strength. Based on the physical bench test, it is proved that the fuel tank side protection can meet the auto industry requirement.
