应急物资分类标准与编码规范研究

应急物资分类编码标准是应急管理重要的基础性标准之一.进一步加强应急物资分类及编码标准研究,对于有效满足应急全过程管理的需求,促进国家信息平台数据共享及提升国家应急管理水平具有重要意义和应用价值.本文基于应急物资及其分类和分类编码概念,结合国内外应急物资分类编码研究现状与存在的主要问题,研究了应急物资分类编码结构,并采用线分类法对应急物资进行分类.在此基础上,提出了应急物资分类大类目录.

Research on Classification Standard and Coding Specification of Emergency Materials

Classification coding standard of emergency materials is one of the most important basic standards of emergency management. Further strengthening the study on classification and coding standard of emergency supplies has important significance and application value to effectively meet the demand for emergency management of the whole process, promote the data sharing within the national information platform, and enhance the national emergency management level. Based on the emergency materials and related concepts of classification and coding, combined with domestic and foreign research status and main problems of emergency materials classification coding, this paper studies the classification and coding structure of emergency materials, and uses line classification method for emergency materials. On this basis, the paper puts forward the catalogue of emergency materials.
