基于DEA方法的绿色矿山标准效果评估

随着绿色矿山理念深入、绿色矿山全面推广,越来越多的矿山企业申请成为试点单位并且接受验收,这就需要建立绿色矿山建设评价体系加以支持.合理地评价各地区绿色矿山创建标准的投入产出,对于矿山资源的合理开发,提升矿区生态环境质量具有十分重要的现实意义.本文介绍了DEA评价模型的基本特点和评价步骤,建立了绿色矿山标准效果评价指标体系,利用DEA法对绿色矿山标准效果进行评价,分析了DEA评价法的优缺点.

Effect Appraisal of Standards for Green Mines Based on DEA Method

With the deepening understanding and comprehensive promotion of green mine, more and more mine enterprises apply to become pilot units and agree to accept the acceptance. Thus, it is necessary to set up a green mine construction appraisal system for support. Reasonable evaluation of input and output of standards development for the construction of green mines is of great realistic significance to the reasonable development of mine resources and improvement of ecological environment quality of mine areas. This paper introduces the basic features and appraisal procedures of DEA appraisal model, establishes an indicator system for the effect appraisal of standards for green mines, evaluates the effect of standards for green mines with DEA method, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of DEA appraisal method.
