| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了电烤箱产品主要功能及发热原理的基础上,结合电烤箱使用过程中发生典型伤害案例,对其存在的主要伤害因素和致害机理进行了深入分析,并根据2016年国家监督抽查结果和其他数据,分析了该产品存在的质量安全风险.本文最后根据电烤箱目前产品总体质量安全状况,有针对性的从加强产品标准的修订、建立抽检制度等方面提出了措施和建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main function and heat principle for electric oven products, and discusses the main damage factors and mechanisms combined with typical damage cases. Based on the national quality supervision inspection results and other data, it analyzes the product quality and safety risks of the electric oven. At last, it puts forward the measures and suggestions for strengthening the revision of product standards and establishing market supervision mechanism according to the current product quality and safety status of the electric oven. |
