摘    要:汽车制动系统缺陷严重影响汽车的行驶安全,是汽车召回的重要原因之一.为提高汽车召回效率,本文分析了近几年汽车制动系统缺陷引发召回的情况,梳理提出了汽车制动系统缺陷引发交通事故的危害分级以及引发事故的概率分级,并以风险等级为依据,提出了一种汽车制动系统缺陷风险评估程序.结合我国汽车召回真实案例,进行风险评估程序可行性研究,结果表明:风险矩阵法可以准确的识别汽车制动系统缺陷,因此,风险矩阵法能指导汽车制动系统缺陷的风险评估和汽车召回,也可扩展到汽车其他缺陷的召回工作.

Abstract:Braking system defect affects automobile safety, and is one of the important causes of recall. This essay analyzes the status quo of automobile recall caused by automobile braking system defects, puts forward the rating of hazard and possibility probability of accidents resulted from automobile braking system defects, proposes a risk assessment procedure on the basis of risk matrix method. It also conducts feasibility study with real automobile recall cases in China, the result of which shows that the defect risk matrix method can identify braking system defects and guide the related recall activities of automobile producers.
