摘    要:气动式旋转发电机的反应速度不仅是其作为引信电源的一项重要指标。而且也是其作为速度传感器的一项重要的灵敏度指标。采用降低发电机的启动风速的措施来提高发电机的反应速度不仅效果有限,而且还会影响引信的安全性。通过对气动式旋转发电机的组成、工作机理、运动方程的分析,得出发电机输出电压幅值的数学表达式;通过对该表达式的讨论分析,提出采用增大转速ω(t)与增加磁路磁通m的方法来提高气动式旋转发电机反应速度,并给出了增大ω(t)与增加m的措施以及算例和试验结果。

On Improving the Response Speed of an Air Driven Rotary Generator by Increasing its Rotational Speed and Magnetic Flux
Abstract:The response speed of an air driven rotary generator is an important feature parameter when it acts as power supply for a fuze,and acts as a speed sensor. Improvement of the generator’s response speed by reducing its toggle speed not only has a limited result,but also will affect the safety of the fuze when the generator is used in the flight. By analysing its constitutor,work principle and revolving equation,the mathematic representation of the output voltage of the generator is deduced. After discussing and analysing the representation,a method for improving the air driven rotary generator’s response speed by increasing its rotational speed ω( t) and magnetic flux m in its magnetic circuit is put forward. Test results of increasing the generator′s ω( t) and magnetic flux m are presented,and they indicate that the method is valid and effective.
