消防救援机构"三员融合"工作模式探究与实践

Exploration and practice of the "three-member integration "working mode of fire and rescue institutions

This paper starts with the "three-member integration" work model, confronts the difficult situation of fire protection work with more work and fewer people, explores the "three-member integration" work model of fire supervisors, firefighters, and fire clerks in fire and rescue institutions. The mode continues the work thinking of fire prevention joint service, promotes the improvement of the ability and quality of the three members, and lays a solid foundation for the later independent prevention, elimination, and publicity work. And the model can achieve the overall planning of human resources, split and double the fire prevention and control unit, promote the joint improvement of "duty level, business efficiency, and team quality", and form a new engine for fire protection work.
