摘    要:执勤车辆是消防装备的核心,具有基础性、平台性、战略性的重要地位,当前人员装备投送方式正由摩托化向机械化转变,同时又向信息化数字化智能化方向发展,所以车辆配备关系到消防救援队伍能否加快转型升级成为有效生成战斗力.文章简要分析了当前消防救援队伍执勤车辆配备的现状发展趋势,结合当今技术发展,论述执勤消防车辆配备可能存在的机遇和挑战.

Abstract:To provide efficient and reliable emergency rescue and evacuation decision support technology for our country''s petrochemical industry, this paper has developed a calculation software that can quickly predict the consequences of hazardous chemical leakage accidents. Our research makes full use of the powerful scientific computing capabilities of C/S architecture software and the advantages of the intuitive representation of WEB GIS, combines with Embarcadero RAD Studio 2015 (Delphi XE8) high-level programming language to develop and design the software platform, and establishes a database of physical and chemical properties of common hazardous chemicals, a threshold judgment database. We can choose to apply light gas diffusion model (Gaussian Model and Modified Gaussian Model), heavy gas diffusion model (SLAB model, TWODEE model) to simulate and predict the impact range and concentration peak of the consequences of various light and heavy gas leakage and diffusion accidents. The software has a wide range of applications, strong applicability, fast and accurate simulation prediction results, and can be visualized on the WEB GIS map, so as to serve the actual fire prevention.
