摘    要:目的 介绍2022年5月1日起实施的GB/T 23347—2021《橄榄油、油橄榄果渣油》,对当前市售进口特级初榨橄榄油质量情况进行评估.方法 采购20种市售标称意大利、希腊、西班牙等国进口的特级初榨橄榄油,检验酸价、过氧化值、消光系数变异值、水分及挥发物和不溶性杂质5个基础项目,对所得数据进行分析.通过与国际橄榄理事...

Abstract:Objective introduce the new national standard of GB / T 23347-2021 olive oil and olive pomace oil , and to evaluate the quality of imported extra virgin olive oil. By comparing with the standards of the International Olive Council, the subtle differences in limits and determination methods were discussed, and the practical significance of these items for the quality evaluation of olive oil was explained. Methods 20 kinds of extra virgin olive oils imported from Italy, Greece and Spain were purchased. Five basic items such as acid value, peroxide value, variation value of extinction coefficient, moisture, volatile matter and insoluble impurities were tested, and the data were analyzed. Results the three items of acid value, peroxide value and insoluble impurities met the limit requirements of Chinese standards for the product grade. Comparing GB / T 23347-2021 with the International Olive Council trade standard, it is found that the domestic standard is more stringent than the foreign standard for the acid value limit of virgin olive oil, and this difference should be paid attention to in the import trade of olive oil. Conclusion the new olive oil standard issued in 2021 has improved the quality requirements. Consumers should give priority to "extra virgin olive oil" when purchasing olive oil. The preliminary evaluation of olive oil quality needs to speed up the time and reduce the cost. The above five items are the minimum requirements.
