热锻模具热处理工艺试验研究

摘    要:通过分析热锻模具工作原理,得出模具产生疲劳裂纹是疲劳寿命降低的主要原因。因锻模的工作温度较高,其模腔易高温氧化,因此可以利用适当的表面处理,提高其表面强度,使其具有良好的高温强韧性。本文对锻模进行离子氮化工艺研究,以提高其工作寿命。

Abstract:This article through the analysis hot forging mold principle of work,obtains the mold to produce the fatigue cracking is the primary cause which the fatigue life reduces. Because forging die's operating temperature is high,its cavity easy high-temperature oxidation,therefore may use the suitable surface treatment,enhances its surface strength,enables it to have the good high temperature obdurability. We conduct the ionic nitriding technical study to the forging die,enhances its working life.
