汽液两相流疏水器在桥铝电125 MW机组上的应用

摘    要:桥铝电5台125MW汽轮机高、低压加热器所用的是电动式疏水调节阀,其工作可靠性差,而时常处于低水位运行的现象。文章针对此问题,结合桥铝电二厂1#汽轮机高、低压加热器疏水装置进行了改造,改造中应用了汽液两相流疏水器,并对其的实际应用进行了详细介绍,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:It adopts dynamic drain regulating valve of high and low voltage heater of 125 MW steam turbine in Qiaotou aluminum electric power plant,the operation security is rather unfavorable,and always operates on low water level.Aiming at the problem,the paper proposes the reconstructing methods on the high and low voltage heater drain devices through applying steam-water two-phase flow drainer,and makes detailed introduction about its practical application,the paper possesses certain reference for such work.
