摘    要:报道一台灯泵浦单级输出56J的高能高重频脉冲Nd:YAG激光器。首先理论分析了影响激光器高能输出的主要因素,再提出提高激光器效率的有效措施,最后研制出一台脉宽0.1-10ms 可调,频率1-1000hz可调的激光器。该激光器在总注入电功率12kw时,输出最大单脉冲能量56J,最大平均功率500w;光束参数乘积为16.5mm.mrad;总体电光转换效率4.2%;输出功率稳定性 。

56J High energy high beam quality lamp pumped Nd:YAG solid-state laser
Abstract:A 56J high frequency high frequency lamp pumped Nd:YAG laser is reported. The main factors influencing that the laser outputs high energy is firstly analyzed, and then bring forward the effective measures to improve the efficiencies of the laser, then develop a laser with its pulse width tunable between 0.1ms and 10ms, frequency between 1Hz and 1000Hz. When the laser inputs 12kw electrical power , it can outputs max single energy 56J , average power 500w with its beam parameter product 16.5mm.mrad、total electro-optics efficiency 4.2%、the stability of output power .
