摘    要:提出了一种较简洁的基于矩阵算法的多电源复杂配电网多重故障定位(可含有馈线末端故障)的统一判据。分别针对得到的馈线终端设备(FTU)方向过流信息不完备及信息畸变这2种情况给出了解决对策:当故障信息不完备时,不考虑对应节点信息即可;对于故障信息畸变的情况,首先利用完备故障信息下的故障定位统一判据找出候选故障区段,然后基于故障信息序列修正代价从候选故障区段中确定出最终的故障点。算例测试结果验证了该方法的正确性和可行性,能有效地解决FTU数量不足等原因导致的故障信息不完备和通信带来的信息畸变,在配电网实时故障定位的应用中具有很大的潜力。

Abstract:Based on the matrix algorithm proposed earlier by other researchers, a concise unified criterion for fault location in complex multi-source distribution networks is put forward, which can locate both the multiple fault and the end fault. As for the circumstances of incomplete or distorted FTU directed over-current information, solutions are given for each case. The first problem can be solved by ignoring the node with unknown information. When the fault information suffers aberrance, fault section alternates are located first based on the unified criterion for aberrance-free information location. The final fault area is selected thereafter in terms of the fault information sequence revision cost defined in the paper. Test results show that the approaches proposed are both correct and feasible, being capable of effectively resolving the fault location issues in the case of incomplete information or information aberrance. Hence their great potential for application in real-time fault location for distribution networks.
