| 摘 要： | CTI技术集成了电话的通信功能和计算机的信息处理功能，可以在传统通信线路上与其他交换设施配合实现呼叫控制、综合消息处理以及回叫等业务，在电力系统调度通信中已获得广泛应用。宁夏电力调度中心采用的DRS数字录音监听系统实现了远程数据查询、远程播放历史录音、远程维护等功能。
