电耙道复合支护技术研究

摘    要:四川会理铅锌股份有限公司采矿过程中电耙道易跨塌,二次支护次数多,支护成本高。提出采用喷锚支护加整体混凝土浇注的复合支护方案,确定了支护参数和施工要求,解决了电耙道在采动过程中易破坏的难题,对于矿山安全生产及提高经济效益有极其重要的意义。

Abstract:The scraper drift in mining process of Huili lead and zinc stock Co.Ltd is easy to collapse which causes more secondary supports and higher supporting cost.The composite supporting system of shotcrete-bolt and monolithic concreting supporting is proposed to resolve the difficult problem of the pullway easy breakage in mining process,and the supporting arguments and the construction requirements are determined.The composite supporting technology plays an important role in safe production and improving economic benefit for mine enterprise.
