玻璃纤维机械炉温控制系统的研究

在研发的玻璃纤维机械炉温控制系统中,本文使用VB6.0的MSComm控件来实现PC机与单片机之间的串行通信,并将模糊控制和常规PID控制相结合,实现了PID参数的在线自调整,提高了系统的控制精度。此外,用FuzzyLogic Toolbox和SIMULINK实现了对该控制系统的仿真。

Research on Temperature of Fiberglass Machine

This paper states the principle and method of serialcommunication between personal computer and single chip mi-crocomputer using MSComm communication control in VB6.0 infiberglass mechanical temperature control system. It makes theparameters self- adaptation of PID controller possible by using ofcombined Fuzzy Logic Controller and PID, and the properties ofPID controller have been perfected and the precision of con-troller system has been improved. Besides, the combination ofFuzzy Logic Toolbox and SIMULINK are used to realize thesimulation of this controller.
