喷油系统参数对柴油机燃烧过程的影响

摘    要:试验研究了喷油系统的柱塞直径喷孔直径和喷孔数等对有强涡流的直喷式柴油机燃烧过程的影响。分析了这些参数之间及其与涡流强度的制约关系。得出了130柴油机在较低涡流强度下,选用5×0.3×104°喷油嘴的12mm直径柱塞可获得良好的发动机性能。

Abstract:The effect of Plunger diameter, nozzle hole diameter and number on combushon process of high swirl DI diesel engine are inveshgated. The interachon a mon these paramters and their cormlation with swirl level are also analsed. This study shows tha for Series 130 diesel engine, using tw ZCK140S530 nozzle and plunger diameter of 12mm, better performance can be achieved.
