一种新的锅炉燃烧系统控制方法的研究

摘    要:大纯时延、煤种多变、蒸汽负荷频繁变化是链条锅炉难以进行良好燃烧控制的原因。本文试图去解决这些难题以便改进链条炉燃烧控制系统的性能。它包括以下三个方面的内容 :1 简要概述了锅炉燃烧控制系统的现状并指出其控制的难点 ;2 为链条炉燃烧控制系统提出了一种带有自适应Smith预估的极点配置的自效正PI控制方案 ;3 以一台 10t/h链条炉作为控制仿真对象 ,通过数字仿真 ,证明了它比常规PI有更好的控制性能

Abstract:It is difficult to have good performances for chain boiler combustion control system due to large dead-time,varying coal's quality and steam load.This paper tries to solve these difficulties and improves the control performances of boiler combustion control system.It includes:Simply summarising boiler combustion system and pointing out the difficulties in its control.Developing a new method of control system for a chain boiler combustion system,i.e. Pole Assignment self-tuning PI with adaptive smith prediction(Acronym:ASPAPI).Simulating with a 10 t/h chain boiler model,the results show it has much better control performances than normal PI.
