45钢激光热处理及其生产应用

摘    要:本文采用用优化激光加工工艺参数对45调质钢激光相变硬化及其G185型柴油机曲轴进行生产应用的研究。结果表明,45调质钢经过激光相变硬化处理后,其表层获得超细化金相显微组织,硬度和耐磨性均得到显著地提高;G185型柴油机曲轴开花岙经激光加工后,变形甚微,表面硬度,粗糙度、几何尺寸及其形位公差符合图纸上技术要求,激光加工曲轴工作面,尤其对尺寸到位的曲轴工作面的加工是完全可行的

Abstract:This paper discusses the researches for laser transformation hardening of 45 steel and crankshaft manufacture of G185 Diesel Engine by means of optimal laser-proressing parameters.The results show that there is a superfine microstructure on the hardening layer, which improves hardening effect and anti-wear characteristic on the surface treated by laser transformation hardening,Meanwhile,after the operational surface of crankshaft for G185 DieselEngine is processed by laser heat treatment, there is not any deformation for the crankshaftand primary technical parameters,such as surface hardeness, surface roughness, geometrical size and tolerance etc.,conform to technical requirement completely.Therefore the laser porcessing technology for the crankshaft of G185 Diesel Engine is absolutely feasible,especially in finishing the operational surface of crankshafts which do not have any grinding tolerance in their radiual sizes.
