摘    要:随着环保法律法规的日趋严格,粉末涂料必将取代溶剂型涂料成为涂装主流。氟碳粉末涂料作为高端产品已受到人们的广泛关注,如何更好地发挥其优秀性能已迫在眉睫。介绍了氟碳粉末涂料常用的主要助剂,从固化剂、催化剂、流平剂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂等方面开展机理研究,为有效设计氟碳粉末涂料配方提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The solvent - type coating will be substituted by powder coating as mainstream in coating field with development of gradually strict environmental laws and regulations. How to exert the excellent performance of fluorocarbon powder coating, as high - end product which has gained wide attention, is very urgent. This paper introduces commonly used additives and the action mechanism of curing agent, catalyst, flatting agent, defoaming agent as well as adhesive promoter in order to provide theoretical evidence for designing components of fluorocarbon powder coating effectively.
