摘    要:对平整轧制的X80管线钢残余应力的理论分析和测量表明:测量得到的沿带材厚度方向残余应力的布与理论分析的趋势相吻合;在带材的开卷和平整过程中都有残余应力的产生,但平整过程中产生的残余应力最终的残余应力分布起到决定性作用;残余应力轧制方向分量沿带材厚度方向的波动远远大于沿长度和带宽方的波动;沿带宽方向,残余应力的分布也是变化的,越靠近边部,残余应力的绝对值越大;要改善由开卷产生的余应力,平整轧制的压下率的设定是非常重要的,且存在一个最佳值。

Abstract:The residual stress of uncoiled and temper-rolled X80 line pipe strip is studied. The theoretical analysis and measured results indicate: the residual stress distribution pattern through the thickness is qualitatively similar to the theoretical expectations. Small residual stress is generated in uncoiling stage, and high residual stress is produced by temper-rolling. The rolling direction (RD) component of residual stress through thickness varies more dramatically than other two components. The residual stress distribution pattern along the width direction fluctuates too. The rsidual stress caused by uncoiling could be reduced by using proper reduction rate of temper rolling.
