Problems in Vacuum Pump for PSA CO2 Removal and Regeneration and Causes

From the standpoint of design and the matching of suction rate of the vacuum pump in fabrication an analysis is made of the problems in the PSA process with regeneration by vacuum supply and their causes. PSA as a CO2 removal process by physical adsorption shows remarkable results in energy saving and discharge reduction, but there is yet the problem of the yield of available gas. As regards the assurance of optimization of yield and steady process operation to a higher degree, it is necessary in future production to summarize, perfect, optimize and improve ceaselessly.
