摘    要:目的探讨吡罗昔康片含量测定的方法。方法采用GL Sciences Inertsil ODS-SP(5p-m,250×4.6mm)色谱柱,以乙腈一磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸氢二钠7.15g,加水溶解成1000mL,用20%柠檬酸溶液调节pH值为5.0)(40:60)为流动相,检测波长为358nm,柱温为55℃,流速为1.0mL·rnin^-1。结果吡罗昔康在21.26~106.30mg·L^-1“范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.68%(n=6),gSD为0.88%。结论HPLC法测定吡罗昔康片的含量,专属性强,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:A method determining the piroxicam tablets is explored. Methods: GL Sciences Inertsil ODSSP(51ma, 250x4.6mm)column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphate buffer solution (disodium hydrogen phosphate 7.15g, dissolved in water into 1000mL, adjusted with 20% citric acid solution, pH 5.0) (40:60). The detection wavelength was 358nm.The column temperature was 35℃and the flow rate was 1.0mL-min^-1. Results: Piroxieam in the 21.26-106.30 mg·L^-1 within the sample volume and the peak area showed good linearity (r = 0.9999).The average recovery rate was 99.68%(n=6), and RSD was 0.88%. Conclusion: The determination of piroxicam tablets by HPLC is specific, accurate and reliable.
