薄壁钛合金零件的切削工艺

摘    要:针对钛合金加工刀具磨损快、机床振动大、表面难光洁等问题,提出了选用刀具材料和刃磨角度,选择切削用量,选用冷却液和浇注方式等具体措施。实例表明:上述措施有效,提高了良品率,减少了刀具消耗,保证了工件尺寸、形位公差和表面粗超度。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the quick abrasion of the cutter for titanium alloy processing,large vibration amplitude of machine、difficult surface fining,a series of concrete measures were taken to solve it,which included certain material selection of cutters and sharpening angle for the edge of knife.The cutting dosage,cooling fluid and casting style were improved.Many practices showed that the measures were effective,it could improve the percentage of qualified products,reduce the abrasion of cutters,guarantee the exact size of parts,sharp and locations tolerance and harshly of surface.
