摘    要:利用凝胶渗透色谱-高效液相色谱法,开发一种新的快速、高效、高灵敏度的同时测定肉制品中油溶性非法添加色素的方法,色素包括Sudan(Ⅰ-Ⅳ),Sudan red B,Sudan red 7B,Sudan orange G and Para red。前处理采用GPC净化方法以避免肉中复杂基质对定量造成的干扰以及对色谱柱的损伤。通过Kinetex C18色谱柱分离,乙腈-20mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(pH=4.5)为流动相,方法控制时间在10min之内。该8种色素在0.05-50 mg/L浓度范围内线性良好R〉0.999,基于不同基质检出限和定量限分别在0.014~0.075 mg/kg和0.045-0.25 mg/kg之间,加标水平在0.2mg/kg和2mg/kg时,回收率在87.8-111.9%之间。该方法应用于肉制品中苏丹类色素及对位红8种油溶性色素的测定,效果良好,检测效率大大提高。

Abstract:An accurate and sensitive method based on the use of GPC-HPLC-DAD was devised for the simultaneous determination of Sudan(Ⅰ~Ⅳ),Sudan red B,Sudan red 7B,Sudan orange G and Para red in meat products.The GPC clean-up procedure was adopted to avoide some interference and damage of the column for quantification of 8 dyes in ham and sausage samples.For the separation,Kinetex C18 column was used and the mobile phase contained acetonitrile and 20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution at pH 4.5.The optimized subsection wavelength condition reduced the change of methods for determination of different dyes,these dyes were analyzed within 10 min.The 8 compounds behave linearly in the 0.05-50 mg/L concentration range,with correlation coefficient0.999.LODs and LOQs for the investigated dyes were in the ranges of 0.014-0.075 mg/kg and 0.045-0.25 mg/kg depending on matrices,respectively.The recoveries of the 8 dyes in two matrices ranged from 87.8-111.9%.The illustrated method is suitable for routine qualitative and quantitative analyses of synthetic colorants in meat products.
