沙丁胺醇分子印迹聚合物表征及其结合性能研究

摘    要:以沙丁胺醇为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醉二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂.通过热引发沉淀聚合法,制备沙丁胺醇分子印迹聚合物(MIP).利用扫描电镜(SEM)及比表面积仪(BET)对所制备的MIP进行物理学表征,并比较几种印迹聚合物的结合特性和选择性识别能力.研究表明,以沙丁胺醉为模板制备的分子印迹聚合物对模板具有良好的...

Abstract:Using salbutamol as the template,methacrylic acid(MAA) as the monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) as the crosslinker,molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) was prepared by precipitation polymerization.The morphology of the obtained particles was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the pore size was measured by BET.Then,the specificity and selective recognition ability of the MIPs were evaluated using the equilibrium rebinding experiments.The results indicated that the prepared ...
