摘    要:具有低密度、高强度和高模量等优异力学性能的碳纳米管(CNTs)是环氧树脂(EP)基体的理想增强材料,然而CNTs在EP基体中分散性较差,并且其与EP之间难以形成有效的结合界面,这成为制约CNTs/EP复合材料力学性能进一步增强的关键因素,对CNTs进行官能化改性则是解决上述问题的有效途径之一。从增强EP力学性能方面介绍了CNTs的羧基化、胺基化和硅烷化等官能团化改性方法的研究应用进展,总结了其改性机理,结合该领域研究中的一些不足以及实际应用的需求,指出了进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:The carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with excellent mechanics performances(such as lower density,higher strength and higher modulus) were an ideal materials of reinforcing epoxy resin(EP) matrix,but it was key factor of restricting further enhancing mechanics performances of CNTs/EP composite that the dispersibility of CNTs in EP matrix was poor,and forming effective combination interface between CNTs and EP was difficult.So the CNTs modified by functionalization were an effective way of solving above problem.The research and application development of some CNTs modified methods(such as carboxylation,amination,silylation and other functionalization) were introduced from perspective of enhancing mechanics performances of EP,and their modified mechanisms were also summarized.The further research direction of CNTs/EP composite was also indicated based on some existing problems and practical application request in the research fields.
