摘    要:将20CrNi2Mo渗碳钢材料齿轮渗碳工艺由传统的渗碳-缓冷-球化退火-加热淬火-低温回火,改为渗碳后直接淬火,并从理论上分析了直淬的可行性,为20CrNi2Mo的渗碳热处理工艺的改进提供了一些实践经验和理论数据.

Abstract:Instead of the traditional process of carbonizing-slow cooling-annealing-heating quench-low temperature tempering, a direct quenching after carbonization process was raised and tried on 20CrNi2Mo carbonizing steel gear. Furthermore, feasibility of direct quenching is theoretically analyzed, and some practical experiences and theoretical data are provided for the improvement of carbonization heating process.
