耐盐性卡波姆树脂的合成研究

摘    要:以环己烷与乙酸乙酯作为混合溶剂来合成耐盐性聚丙烯酸树脂,确定了合成最佳工艺。丙烯酸∶环己烷∶乙酸乙酯∶SMA∶偶氮二异丁腈∶烯丙基季戊四醇醚为1∶4.5∶4.5∶0.05∶0.005∶0.01。反应时间为9 h,反应温度50~70℃。物料经过离心、减压干燥得到白色粉状卡波姆树脂产品。

Abstract:The salt-resistance carbomer was synthesized in Hexamethylene and ethyl acetate.The optimum synthesis process was:crylic acid∶Hexamethylene∶Ethyl acetate∶SMA∶AIBN∶Allyl pentaerythritol 1∶4.5∶4.5∶0.05∶0.005∶0.01;Reaction time was a hours;The reaction temperature was from 50 to 70℃.After centrifugation and vacuum drying,the white powder CBM products were obtaince.
