摘    要:采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)对羰基铁粉(CIP)表面改性,通过原位聚合法制备了聚苯胺(PANI)/改性CIP复合材料。傅里叶变换红外光谱验证了SiO2和CIP表面形成了化学键。耐酸性实验表明:TEOS可在较长时间内保护CIP不被酸腐蚀,保证了制备PANI/CIP复合材料过程中CIP处于SiO2的有效保护下。所得复合材料为CIP表面包覆直径约20 nm均匀致密的PANI微粒,复合效果明显改善。复合材料电导率与CIP未改性前处于相同数量级。

Abstract:The authors carried out the surface modification of carbonyl iron powder(CIP) with tetraethy-lorthosilicate(TEOS) and then,prepared a composite consisting of the modified CIP and polyaniline(PANI) via in-situ polymerization.The analysis by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR) verified that the combination of SiO2 coating with CIP surface is in the form of chemical bonds.The acid-resistant experiments show that TEOS can protect CIP from acid corrosion for quite a long time,ensuring that CIP is always under the effective protection of the SiO2 coating during the whole preparation process of the PANI/modified CIP composite.The resultant composite is the CIP with the surface coated with the uniform and compact PANI micro-particles having a diameter of about 20 nm,reflecting a significant improvement in compounding.The conductivities of the composites and its counterpart containing unmodified CIP remain in the identical order of magnitude.
