摘    要:为了降低系统的振动噪声,楔环联接结构被广泛地应用于圆柱壳体的联接.通过对楔环联接进行适当的简化,运用ANSYS进行模态分析和谐响应分析,并在谐响应分析结果的基础上提取楔环联接两侧的振动响应值以进一步求取振级落差,仿真得到振级差曲线,分析该联接方式对振动传递特性的影响.在振动实验中,采用正弦激励法得到实测的振级落差曲线....

Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration noise of system,wedge ring joint structure is widely used in cylindrical shell connection.In this paper,after simplifying the wedge-ring connection we used ANSYS to make modal analysis and harmonic response analysis and extracted two sides response values based on the harmonic analysis results to get further vibration level difference.The simulation obtained the vibration level difference curve,and analyzed the effect of this connection way for the vibration transmission characteristics.In the vibration test,the vibration level difference of the measured curve was acquired by the Sine excitation method.Compared the results,it’s easily shown that the simulation results were similar to the experimental analysis results.The correctness of simulations could be verified.The experimental results have some reference values and guidance for the engineering applications.
