| Abstract: | In this article the water environment, water treatment and utilization situations in our country are introduced. Especially for the rational exploitative utilization of shallow underground water, middle water recycle and resource development of rainwater detailed discusses are made. Those measures will produce double acts in water resources exploitation and reducing water pollution according to the shortage situation of water resources in our country. |
