摘    要:常规的炼铁废水处理工艺方法,具有经济、效率高、处理量大的优点;但也有设备占地面积大,产出的回用水水质不稳定,一些污染物含量容易超过国家环保标准等缺陷,对清洁生产、环境保护和降低新水消耗十分不利,需进行废水深度处理回用技术研究。生物活性炭是20世纪80年代发展起来的废水深度处理技术,多应用于微污染水源预处理及工业废水的深度处理,以去除水中难降解有机物及重金属。进行炼铁工业废水生物活性炭深度处理回用技术研究,为废水的利用和污染防治提供技术支持,使炼铁工业循环回用废水水质得到提高和稳定,有助于企业实行清洁生产和节能减排,以及环境保护和改善员工的生产劳动环境。

Abstract:Conventional methods of wastewater treatment process of iron smelting have the advantage of economy and high efficiency, but the equipment occupy a large area, the circulating water quality is not stable, and the content of some pollutants do not meet the national environmental standards. With studies on iron wastewater treatment technology, a method of using biological activated carbon to reduce the pollutant content in waster water was proposed to improve the quality and stability of iron circulating water. Then, each pollutant content index can meet the national standards for reuse water. It provides reference and technical support for the waste water use and pollution control.
