| Abstract: | To keep power network operating in safe and stable condition, the safe and stable control system should be built up in China southern power network and Guangdong power network. By the stable calculation, the measure had been found out, and the requirement and distribution for the control system had bee provided. Based on the system technical requirement and its message transmission, the requirement for communication had also been taken in this paper. |
