汽车排气消声器仿真方法探讨

摘    要:对目前四种消声器仿真方法的特点进行了综述,分析了各种方法的优点和局限,并详细探讨了代表目前消声器仿真发展方向的基于一维计算流体力学仿真方法。在以上工作基础上,利用GT-POWER软件的消声器分析功能,针对某型国产微型客车排气消声系统进行了计算分析,得到了排气消声系统的传递损失特性。对比实验测量装有和未装排气消声系统的频谱特性,说明基于一维计算流体力学的仿真方法具有较好的仿真精度。

Abstract:In this paper , four types of automobile exhaust muffler simulating methods are reviewed. Their advantage and disadvantage are also given. Based on 1 D- CFD method has been analyzed. Based on these works, GT-Power software has been used to calculate a typical mini-vehicle transmission loss. It is shown by comparison between the test results and the simulating results that the Based on 1 D-CFD method has good simulating precision.
