旋风快速分散干燥及热风回用技术在裂化催化剂气流干燥中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种应用于裂化催化剂气流干燥中的旋风快速分散干燥及热风回用技术,该技术结合了旋转闪蒸干燥技术和直管气流干燥技术的特点,具有体积传热系数大、热效率高、热风用量少和设备故障率低等优点。外排热风采用多管分配回用于热风炉内,大幅度提高了能源利用效率,每吨产品能耗降低30%。工业应用表明,该技术是先进、可靠的成套气流干燥技术。

Abstract:The technology of cyclone rapid disperse drying and hot-air recycling applied in the air drying of the cracking catalyst was introduced.The technology combined rotary flash drying with straight pipe air drying possessed some advantages such as large volume coefficient of heat transfer,high heat efficiency,little heat air and low equipment failure rate.Effluent hot air was used in hot air stove by adopting multibarrel distribution recycling,which greatly enhanced the efficiency of energy utilization and decreased 30% energy consumption per ton of the product.The results of commercial application showed that the air drying technology was advanced and dependable.
