浅谈推行工程量清单招标

工程量清单招标是国际通用的竞争性招标方式，随着我国社会主义市场经济的进一步完善和加入世贸组织日子的临近，我国现有的招标计价模式已经越来越不适应社会的需要，简要介绍了传统计价模式招标工程量清单招标的缺点以及采用工程量清单招标的基本要求。

Simple discussion about carrying out the bill of construction quantity bidding

The bill of construction quantity bidding is an international and universal way for competitive invitation for bid. Along with the further perfection of socialist market economy and closing day to admission of World Trade Organization the mode of bidding and invitation for bidding of our country is too antiquated to adapt the need of society. In this paper the disadvantages of the bidding of traditional valuation mode and the disadvantages of the bill of construction quantity bidding are introduced. Moreover the basic demands of adopting the bill of construction quantity bidding are also introduced.
