Abstract:The experiment on thevanadium-titanium bearing magnetite concentrate from Liaoning province was carried out for leaching vanadium at extracting rate of 95.68%under the conditions as follows:with initial H 2SO 4 concentration of 2.5 mol/L,HF concentration of 2.5 mol/L,leaching temperature of 90℃,liquid-solid ratio of 5,leaching time of 2 h and agitation speed of 100-200 rpm.In this paper,the relationship between temperatures and leaching dynamics was investigated.The apparent activation energy E=45.20 kJ/mol and the dynamics equation 1-(1-μ)1/3=26.31 e-45200/RT were obtained by data processing and fitting of the experimental results.The procedure for control the reaction velocity in vanadium leaching process wasdefined.Eventually,the kinetic model of vanadium leaching system was established,which provides theoretical basis for direct extraction of vanadium using acidic leaching process.
