氧化锌法脱硫技术在回转窑烟气处理中的应用

摘    要:湿法炼锌过程中产出的浸出渣,采用回转窑处理,排放的烟气SO2浓度峰值期间达不到国家颁布的最新排放标准。通过对烟气脱硫工艺的研究分析,并结合生产实际情况,最终采用了氧化锌法工艺处理回转窑烟气。该技术应用使回转窑烟气SO2浓度降到400 mg/Nm3以下,达到国家铅锌行业最新排放标准。并且脱硫剂利用厂内生产过程的产生的烟尘,脱硫产物可返回其他工序回收锌,副产品可在厂内循环利用,无任何废弃物外排,不会造成二次污染。

Abstract:The leaching slag produced in the wet zinc smelting process is treated by rotary kiln.During the peak concentration of flue gas SO2,it does not meet the latest emission standards issued by the state.Through the research and analysis of flue gas desulfurization process,and combined with the actual production situation,the zinc oxide process is finally used to treat rotary kiln flue gas.The technical application reduced the concentration of flue gas SO2 in rotary kiln to less than 400 mg/Nm3,reaching the latest national emission standard in the lead-zinc industry.And the desulfurizer uses the smoke and dust generated by the production process in the factory,and the desulfurization product can return to other processes to recover zinc.The by-product can be recycled in the factory,without any waste discharge,and will not cause secondary pollution.
