斗轮机基础的计算分析探讨

摘    要:对于斗轮机基础的计算模型选取,目前还存在不同的看法和观点.基于不同计算模型所得到的计算结果也存在很大的差别,其结果导致配筋量超标,并成为目前斗轮机基础设计中普遍存在的一个问题.本文通过理论分析、并辅于计算论证,证明斗轮机基础的计算模型属于刚性基础类型.在此计算模型上,对斗轮机基础设计计算进行了有关截面尺寸、配筋等方面的优化.通过不同分段长度下基础的基底反力、位移的数值分析,对段长优化的可能性进行了探讨.所得到的结论可作为工程设计人员进行斗轮机基础设计时的参考.

Abstract:There are still different views and perspectives about the numerical model selection of bucket wheel machine foundation. Basing on different models the results are also varied greatly; and the result leads its reinforcement overweight as a current problem in design of bucket wheel machine foundation. Through theoretical analysis and calculation,it is shown that the model of bucket wheel machine foundation is of rigid base. On this model, we make optimization of section size and reinforcement for the bucket wheel foundation design and calculation.Through analysis of the sub-grade reaction forces under various lengths of anchor and numerical analysis of displacement, we discuss on the possibilities of the length optimization.The results can be used for referenc in design of foundations of bucket wheel machines.
