摘    要:输入/输出并联型直流变换器能降低开关管的开关应力,适用于高输入电压、低输出电压、大电流、大功率的焊接系统.分析了逆变电路拓扑结构开关管发展,输入/精出并联直流变换器的工作原理,重点分析了并联变换器均流控制的方法.针对其工作时存在不均流现象,通过对各变换器的输出电流采样并比较后去控制IGBT的导通时间(占空比)来达到均流...

Abstract:Parallel Input Parallel Output DC-DC converter can reduce the switching switch stress,for high input voltage,low output voltage,high current,high-power welding system.This paper analyzes the switch inverter circuit topology development,parallel input parallel output of the working principle of DC-DC converter,are analyzed in parallel converter current control method.Work exists for its uneven flow phenomena,through the converter output current sampling and comparison to control IGBT’s conduction time(duty cycle)to achieve current sharing.Through theoretical analysis and simulation verify the feasibility of the above methods,tests show that the output DC voltage ripple,output DC voltage of high quality.
