| 摘 要： | 阐迷了当前我国大型储罐的发展状况,比较了大型储罐目前常用的横焊工艺;论迷了横焊焊接设备的发展和前景,重点阐述了当前应用较普遍的自动横焊机和正在重点研究的移动横焊机器人;论述焊接自动跟踪技术在横焊中的应用和发展,讨论了接触式、激光图像和激光测距传感器等几种常见焊接跟踪传感器.

| Abstract: | This paper state the current oil tank development in China,explain the common horizontal welding technology applied nowadays,and compare their advantages and disadvantages here.The prospects and development of horizontal welding equipment are elaborated here,with the focus on automatic horizontal welding machine commonly applied today and the development and application of mobile horizontal welding robot which is under research.The application and development of automatic tracking technology regarding horizontal welding is described here,and the welding automatic tracking sensors such as touch sensorsl,aser image sensor and laser ranging sensor are discussed. |
