电弧炉全程石灰石炼钢工艺熔氧精炼原理初探

熔氧精炼是电弧炉全程石灰石炼钢工艺优化冶炼技术经济指标和保证钢水质量的首要环节。本文介绍垫炉底石在熔氧期随废钢料熔化而加热分解的演变过程，阐述其间发生的各种冶金反就及对钢水的精炼作用。

PRIMARY STUDY ON THE PRINCIPLE OF MOLTEN-OXIDIZING REFINING OF DQSL PROCESS

MoIten oxidizing refining is the key to improve the techno-economical index and in sure the steel quality in the EAF process during which limestone is used in the whole melting course(named as DQSL process).The present paper introduce the evolution course of the cushion limestone at the EAF bottom accompanying with melting process of the scrap in the molten oxidiz-ing period.And the metallurgical reactions as well as their refining functions will be also dis-cussed.
