钢的粉末渗钨和硼钨共渗研究

摘    要:本文对四种钢进行了粉末渗钨、硼钨共渗的试验研究。用金相显微分析、扫描电镜能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等方法研究了渗层的成分、相结构和组织。指出硼钨共渗层由Fe_2、W_2B和WC构成,具有高的硬度(HV_(0.1)2100)。同时,对硼钨共渗层的脆性和耐磨性进行了研究。

Abstract:In this paper, a trial study of powder tungsternizing and boron-tungstenizing was carried out on four kind of steel. Studied chemical composition, phase, structure and microstructure of coating by metallographic analysis, EDAX and X-ray diffraction analysis. The trial study showed that the boron-tungstenizing coating consists of Fe_2B, W_2B and WC, has high hardness (HV_(0.1)2100). Moreover, the brittlness and Wear property of boron-tungstenizing coating have been studied.
