10kV真空断路器弧后重击穿的统计分析

摘    要:本文对1969年至1985年初在冲击发电机上进行的10kV真空断路器断流容量试验中的弧后击穿现象进行了统计计算。计算结果证明,我国10kV真空断路击穿几率的大小与开断电流的相对大小有关。当开断电流小于极限开断电流的60%时,击穿几率接近于零;当开断电流接近开断稳定区的上限时,有1%左右的弧后重击穿几率和0.4%左右的延滞击穿几率,击穿时间服从威布尔分布。


Statistical Analysis of the Non-Sustained Disruptive Discharge of 10kV Vacuum Circuit Breakers
Abstract:The restrike phenomena in 10kV vacuum circuit breakers, which were tested during 1969 and 1985 at short circuit generator, was investigated statistically. calculation shows that , the 10kV vacuum circuit breakers have probabilities of restrike,which are related to the values of interrupting current. As the interrupting current is below 60% of the upper .limit of interrupting current, the restrike probability is near zero. When the interrupting current approachs the upper limit ary of the stable interrupting current, the restrike and delayed restrike probability have the values of about 1% and 0.4% respectively. The distribution of restrike time is wei-bull Distribution.
